Our Align and Train team focuses on building you into a stronger healthier version of yourself, we will evaluate your pain points and fix the faults in your exercise form. Exercise with the proper form is essential when looking to train in longevity. Everybody’s body is different and needs to be evaluated on what movements and bodily functions work best for that specific person. With our uniquely certified trainers, we will help evaluate your strengths and weaknesses and build a personalized fitness routine for you.

Our goal is to rely on our posture and alignment education, as well as our personal training to help you understand what you might be doing wrong and to teach you how to correct it. Allowing you to reach your desired goal without pain or injury.

Something many people don’t realize, is an injury, such as a muscle pull, or inflammation can be caused just from training the wrong way and causing too much strain in that area. If there hasn’t been a major on-set, like a fall or collision, that injury most likely was formed from over strain while training. This is why it’s absolutely essential to identify training faults and correct them before an injury can occur.

If the body is out of balance, it’s like having a car with the front end out of alignment. If you don’t know enough about cars to recognize the front end is out of alignment, then you won’t notice the front tires are wearing out. Most people just get new tires without addressing the misalignment, and this leads to a lot of wasted time and money buying new tires”

Hannah is certified by Nutritious Movement to teach restorative exercise. Hannah has begun her personal training career in the light and focus of restoring persons muscles and alignment back to normal through mobility exercises.

Heidi is a certified personal trainer through Parrillo Performance and is certified by Nutritious Movement to teach restorative exercise. Nutritious Movement was designed by Katy Bowman, masters of biomechanics who teaches regenerative movement to people including those who are living with chronic pain, degenerative or replaced joints, pregnant and postnatal women and also athletes.

Heidi

Eager, effective, and efficient individual in the realm of Personal Training, Parrillo Performance Certified. Jon has a background in functional training, corrective, and restorative exercise. By assisting Robin Ruwe, Corrective Exercise Specialist and CHEK Practitioner, he learned to specialize in a holistic style of training. The training is core-engaging, with the focus of alignment, posture, breathing, and form in any bending pattern.
